Fused silica is produced by refined quartz sand melted at high temperature, then crushed and graded manually after rapid cooling, and then processed into various granularity fused quartz sand powder by advanced processing technology and processing equipment, through material collision crusher, magnetic separator, shaping machine, screening machine, airflow mill, vibration mill, classifier and other processes. The product has no intermediate impurities in the process of processing, basically guaranteeing the original ingredients unchanged. Fused silica in comparison to crystalline silica is purer, and has a lower specific gravity and linear coefficient of thermal expansion. Main contents are SiO2 (99.9-99.98%) and Fe2O3 (0.002%max) ,the grain size can be produced according to requirements.
